Ok, lets brush up on our RPG quotations:
"A billion mirror fragments... small... light... taken... Angels... singing voices... zeno...gias". This line appears in FFVII, but who says it?

Cloud.

Also, just noticed that's like a small Xeno teaser. Zenogias sounds like Xenogears, and has some other meaning, can't remember right now, and the mirror comment and the singing voices ist alking about the ending song, Small of Two Pieces.

Yeah, well done. Its because Takahashi-san directed and wrote that entire portion of FFVII, so he decided to take a few creative liberties. In the PC version the romaji written "Zeno Gias" was changed to "Xenogears", the english title we've grown to love.

Its even though, Sakaguchi-san had his fun when he directed Xenogears, putting up a picture of Tifa on the wall in a house within the upper-class Solaris community, as well as including several other FF references. Picture here.
